It is difficult to find all regulations linked to primary legislation, particularly by section and only if still in force and particularly the legislation as at a specific date.
An index and point and click access to copy documents would be a significant benefit, particularly out of office hours with potentially high value new business.
Amend the "to liaise and coordinate with the private sector and trade associations" policy to include professional bodies.
Inward investors want high quality professional employees and the professional bodies schedule exams, track CPD points and sometimes have to strike off a bad apple to protect the profession and jurisdiction.
